Office Assistant/Receptionist for European organization! (ID:10016)
Our client is a European Organization located in the centre of Brussels (easy access by public transport). They are currently recruiting an Office Assistant/Receptionist.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organising meetings from A to Z (preparing/updating the meeting agenda, catering, updating the participants list, preparing meeting rooms, preparing and printing documents, etc.)
- Welcoming visitors
- Making travel arrangements
- Handling correspondence, phone calls and emails
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers; ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Keeping the contacts database up to date
- Providing administrative support to the team (e.g. preparing PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
- Various ad-hoc projects
PROFILE
- You speak fluent English and French
- You ideally have experience in a similar position
- You are computer literate and have an advanced level in Microsoft Office
- You are dynamic, proactive, flexible and service minded
- You are professional, stress-resistant, hands on and are able to work autonomously
OFFER
- A temporary to permanent contract
