A business renowned within its sector has a new opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable PA to support the Chairman in a multi-faceted and demanding role based North Birmingham. This business operates UK wide and is responsible for a number of business streams within its field. You must have experience supporting at board level of a commercial business and have the ability to a changeable environment. This is a complex role in which your support for each individual will differ and in which you will be responsible for:

Handling all stakeholder relations including screening calls and correspondence ensuring effective communication of before of the Board
Working in an efficient and timely manner in order to ensure collation of all relevant business information in line with the businesses finance reporting
Implementing an effective reminder process in order to ensure the executive team attend meetings and meet deadlines
Complex diary and travel management
Processing of expenses and filing
Supporting in meetings in order to take minutes and create action points
Assistance with all other relevant project work and cover of workloads

This business is looking for someone professional, dynamic and personable for this challenging and high-level role. Ideally you will have worked within a PA role supporting individuals ideally within the manufacturing sector previously though this is not essential. Due to the location of their offices, it is recommended that you be a driver. This role is fully office based.
