A global law firm are looking for a passionate and efficient Legal PA to support key fee-earners in their Birmingham City Centre office. This role offers a wealth of experience within a fast-paced, corporate environment, as well as excellent progression opportunities within a supportive and forward-thinking team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Complex diary management, including reminding fee-earners of meetings on a daily basis
  • Booking internal/external meetings
  • Supporting fee-earners in marketing activities, including involvement in preparation of pitches and presentations
  • Ensuring all client-related correspondence is passed on to the appropriate fee earner
  • Becoming an active part in the care of clients and be wholly familiar with contacts and clients
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a PA role, ideally within a legal or real estate environment. They will also be personable and dedicated to the role with outstanding attention to detail. They will be comfortable with a heavy work-load and be willing to provide support to the entire team of fee-earners as required.
