Successful candidates will start within the company as Operations Coordinator, a varied and interesting front of house role where no two days are the same. In this busy industry within 3 to 6 months, you will progress from Operations Coordinator to a Trainee Consultant. Once proficient in the role of Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Writing adverts and sourcing candidates
Contacting and interviewing candidates
Preparing shortlists of candidates for clients
Liaising with clients and attending visits
Organising and attending events and seminars
Business development and strategic planning
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
2:1 degree (or equivalent)
Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated approach
Proven involvement in extra-curricular activities or voluntary work
