We are looking for a skilled individual for a fantastic opportunity in fantastic firm in Birmingham city centre. This role will require you to work as part of a well established team in a highly analytical capacity in order to support the delivery of HR systems. Working across multiple systems you must be highly Excel literate in order to carry out the following tasks:
Ensure management of all employee information in line with the Data Protection Act including systems updates, data uploads and cleansing and workflow design
Production of reports and MI in line with requests across the firm working to tight deadlines
Management of queries in relation to systems access and issues
Establishment and maintenance of relationships both internally and externally
Offering an advisory service in line with team procedures in order to maintain data integrity
This is very much a team-based role in which you will be working towards a shared goal in order to achieve the objectives of the HR Operations team. You must possess not only the analytical skill set but also the gravitas to liaise effectively and proactively with the wider business. HR experience is preferred, with a particular focus on systems on an international scale.
