Recruiting Senior HR Manager for Leading Property Group £70,000-£90,000 (ID:13098)
A well-renowned Property Firm is seeking to hire a Senior HR Manager to work in their Battersea office, composed of 50 employees, 5 days a week. The employer is offering £70,000-£90,000 dependent on experience, and flexibility with regards to the working hours which can be either: 8:00-17:00, 8:30-17:30 or 9:00-18:00.
Duties of the role include: leading, coaching and mentoring the HR Team, managing the recruitment process, benchmarking of salaries and benefits, overseeing annual salary and benefit reviews, providing advice on disciplinary issues and ensuring that all contracts and documents are accurate.
In this role, you will be line managing a HR Officer and a Junior HR Manager, so previous line management experience is required. Applicants must also have strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills, as well as being CIPD-qualified and confident liaising with C-Suite level executives.
