HR Shared Service Administrator- 10 months FTC (ID:13183)
We are currently seeking several driven and hardworking individual with excellent experience within a HR Administrative capacity. This city centre-based organisation prides themselves on providing a varied and exciting working environment and requires the HR function within the business to ensure this. The successful applicant must be prepared to work at their impressive Birmingham office location as well as successfully liaise with outsourced providers and internal parties. This role is an initial 10 months FTC. You will be required to possess experience in the following responsibilities:
High focus on Recruitment within the business including the offer and on-boarding process
Maintenance of personnel documents and files as well as testing systems
Liaison with Project Managers in regards to the coordination of Learning and all surrounding administration
Production of basic reports from HR systems in line with the wider HR function
Coordination of induction events for all new starters
Management of all internal and external HR queries
The successful applicant must possess experience in the above listed tasks as well as possess an excellent ability to prioritise workloads, ability to actively develop relationships across the board as well as be fully computer literate. Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding is essential for this role.
