A global, fast-paced and innovative organisation who are taking the market by storm by their rapid growth, ambition and their industry renowned c-suite team.
Based in the City, you will be providing extremely high-level Business support to this fast-paced, social and influential CEO.
This 1:1 EA role requires a high-calibre career EA with 5-10+ years C-suite experience; adept at upward management, gate-keeping, fire-fighting, leaving no stone unturned and calmly and efficiently juggling multiple spinning plates. This would suit a dynamic, robust and impressively efficient EA who is used to an intense and ever-changing international schedule, is always armed with various back-up plans, foresees problems and is capable of communicating with senior stakeholders and global CEOs and has meticulous attention to detail.
Acting as the face of this global Chief Executive; professionalism and discretion are paramount but of equal importance to the team is someone warm, charming and approachable.
They are looking for a top-notch c-suite EA with 5-10+ years experience ideally from a trading/broking/banking environment . Ideally you would be immediately available (will wait for short notice), have Advanced Microsoft skills, and have the wow-factor!
