Our client is an international company located in the centre of Brussels (easy access by public transport). They are currently looking for a Spanish-speaking Management Assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Providing support services to a Partner and to a group of lawyers
• Typing and correcting documents, legal briefs and correspondence
• Creating and correcting PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
• Copying, scanning and binding documents
• Agenda management
• Arranging travels and handling expense notes
• Booking meeting rooms and ordering lunches
• Handling phone calls, emails, faxes and correspondence
• Welcoming visitors
• Filing
• And more!
PROFILE
• You are Spanish-speaking and have excellent knowledge of English. A good knowledge of French is a strong asset.
• You have a Bachelor degree in secretarial studies or equivalent by experience
• You have at least 4 years experience in a similar role
• You are accurate, proactive, reliable, flexible and adaptable
• You are team player and have excellent communicative skills
