An International Travel Company is looking to hire native/fluent Scandinavian-speaking candidates to fill vacancies within their Customer Care Team on a 3-6 months temporary assignment, with the employer offering £13 per hour and the potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate. Applicants must be fluent in English as well as a native/fluent speaker of another language, preferably German or Scandinavian languages. Hours are 9-5 and the role is initially based in their Wembley-based office 5 days a week, but can become remote later on into the assignment.
The International Travel Company are looking to hire candidates to assist with the Customer Care team analysing and investigating customer claims, communicate information about products and offers and give compensation when relevant over the phone and via email.
Applicants must have previous experience in Customer Care/Customer Service, and be entirely fluent in English and a Scandinavian language. There will be a language test to ascertain your level of fluency.
