PA/TA role at London Investment Bank – Lots of extra projects involved! (ID:13408)
Our client is a well-established investment bank based in London, with a focus on expanding their influence in Northern Europe in the next 12 months. To facilitate this, the global CEO and a number of senior executives will be relocating to London for a fixed-term period of 9-12 months. As a result, they are looking for an experienced and highly motivated TA/PA to join their team.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the senior EA, who will be picking up more projects across the Northern hemisphere throughout the year. You will provide ad-hoc administrative support to the senior exec team, with some exposure to the CEO, as well as managing diaries and coordinating international travel. You will need to have good PA experience, with experience coordinating international travel across multiple time-zones. Prior experience in financial or professional services is preferred.
The role requires a highly self-motivated individual with a creative mindset to think outside the box due to the numerous extra projects that will occur during the course of the role. Advanced Sharepoint knowledge is extremely beneficial as well.
The position offers a hybrid arrangement, with 2 days at home, but you will need to be flexible to come into the office more if necessary. The role is paying between £52k and £60k, depending on experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing ad-hoc admin support to the senior exec team, with some exposure to the CEO

• Coordinating international travel across multiple time-zones
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders across the business
Key Skills and Experience:
