Team Secretary for surveying and delivery office in central London (ID:13451)
The daily tasks of the role are to organizing office bookings, management diaries, emails and travel arrangements, liaising with clients, handling phone calls, arranging purchase orders, maintaining the electronic files and attending monthly team meetings as required.
You need to have an excellent knowledge of MS outlook, word and PowerPoint, as well as strong verbal and written skills. You need to be proactive, have a strong work ethic and be able to show initiation, along with a professional attitude.
Previous experience as either a team secretary or an administrative role is required.
The role will require some travel, you must be willing to travel on occasion to conferences and training.
