Team Assistant to HR Team (ID:14279)
A professional and renowned family oriented but rapidly growing business is looking for a forward-thinking and diligent Team Assistant to assist their HR and wider Operations team on a full time, permanent basis based in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with specific experience with prior Administration or HR administration experience. This is a varied and challenging role that will require you to carry out the following responsibilities:
Assistance in the on-boarding and off-boarding process across the business including management of all documentation and databases
Expert involvement in the recruitment process for the business, sourcing candidates, conducting telephone screening, and arranging interviews
Implementation of learning and training processes ensuring timely and efficient communication regarding all campaigns
Assistance in the rewards and benefits element of the HR function in direct support to the Regional HR Manager
Ad hoc HR related administrative projects
We are looking for a switched-on individual with experience in the above listed responsibilities. You must possess an excellent level of IT literacy including extensive usage of Microsoft Office packages.
Due to the location of this role, it is recommended that the successful candidate has access to a vehicle with limited public transport. This role is full time, permanent and fully office based, Monday to Friday.
