Learning & Development Coordinator (ID:16016)
An international law firm based in Birmingham is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to assist in the delivery of HR activity and operations. You will be involved in event coordination, training and e-learning. This is an all-round administrative role, ideal for someone with a background in HR Systems or Learning and Development.
The role will primarily involve:
Building rapport with an array of stakeholders
Communicating regularly with the internal teams and senior partners
Coordination of events including the management of venues, refreshments and materials
Utilisation of the learning management systems
Testing system updates and running HR system reports
Answering telephone and email queries
Setting up of new starters
General administration such as processing of POs and invoices
The successful Learning & Development Administrator will possess the following skills & attributes:
Prior L&D Administrator/Coordinator experience
Ideally experience using learning management/HR systems
Excellent organisational abilities
Preferably some professional services or legal exposure
Good high-volume administration skills
