An international consultancy service based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a diligent, articulate and highly intelligent PA to support one of their highest performing consultants. Supporting this individual on a 1:1 basis, the successful PA will ideally be educated to degree level (not essential however) and have solid PA/ Administrative experience. Working as part of a collaborative Executive Coordinator team, you will be key to the success of the organisation and ensure the smooth day to day operations of the individual. This role is full time, permanent and offers hybrid working with flexibility needed as and when.

Day to day, the successful candidate will be responsible for full diary and imbox management, liaising with clients to arrange meetings, arranging travel and accommodation alongside project management support ensuring all documentation is up to date and taking of minutes. Further to this, you will be an expert at producing of reports and have first class written and verbal skills to ensure that communication with stakeholders is excellent. You will also manage all CRM databases, format CV’s, building relationships with clients, process expenses alongside any other ad hoc personal PA support where needed.

To be successful in this role you must be dedicated and committed to a career as a PA, happy to work autonomously alongside as part of a team and have excellent organisational skills. You must have a strong resilience and be happy to adapt your working style where needed. You will ideally have worked within a professional and corporate environment and have a calm and personable demeanor.
