A national, award winning law firm are seeking an experienced Senior Bids Executive to join their rapidly growing Business Development and Marketing team. Reporting to the Bids Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full end to end bid process from research, initiation through to implementation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering high quality work to win bids and tenders. The successful candidate will have prior Bids experience and be keen to move into a senior role where they are taking the lead and helping to develop the firm in a strategic manner.

Day to day responsibilities will vary but the core of the role is ensuring the bids process is accurate and seamless, identifying opportunities within the industry, scoping opportunities through procurement portals and legal frameworks, liaising with key stakeholders, working with the marketing manager to ensure case studies are completed alongside all marketing collateral and the website is up to date. Further to this you will liaising with the firms legal directory for their Chamber and Legal 500 submission and support with any other marketing work.
