My client is a down to earth, supportive and good fun CIO who is looking for a PA for 1 year. This is a great opportunity for a current TA to gain the experience for c-suit level support.
Role:
• 1:1 support for chief investor officer – support Chief investor officer
• Extensive diary management – heavy diary as they have a team of 20 between London East Midlands
• Travel arrangement – Offices between London + Derby
• Sorting expenses out – CIO is travelling between 2 offices
• General admin – managing the inbox and help prepare presentations
Background :
• PA with previous experience
• Ideally banking background but not essential
• Confident with outlook and Microsoft office
• Loyal and proactive
• Not too serious and willing to have a laugh with CIO
