Hugely Successful Real Estate Agency – Team EA/Office Manager (ID:19635)
My client, a lively and dynamic boutique real estate agency in prime central London, is looking for an outgoing, proactive, professional, well-presented and muck-in Team Assistant/Office Manager to join their friendly, fun and driven team to be their go-to person. This is an interesting and varied role, in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
The Role
- Provide EA support to the 4 Partners, including busy diary management, international travel arrangements, and preparation of documents and presentations
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, and maintaining a welcoming and productive work environment
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, property listings, and client events
- Manage records and databases, and monitor office processes to ensure efficiency
- Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Process invoices, and handle expenses
The candidate
- 2+ years experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Well-presented, well-spoken, ambitious
- Interest in real estate
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proactive, flexible, muck-in, outgoing, confident
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
