We are looking for a standout individual to join a prestigious and globally recognized luxury fashion brand as their Receptionist in West London.
This is your chance to work with one of the most influential names in the fashion industry, a brand synonymous with elegance and innovation. As receptionist, you will be the slick and polished face of the brand, interacting with high-profile clients, industry leaders, and fashion insiders daily.
The Role: As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a seamless, professional, and exceptional experience. Your role will be dynamic, offering plenty of variety, from managing inboxes and answering calls, to meeting and greeting VIP guests, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and keeping stock in check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Front Desk: Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent service to high-profile clients, from greeting them to managing their requests.
- Admin Support: Help with daily office operations including managing email inboxes, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office duties.
- Stock Control: Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring the office is well-equipped and everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Reception Experience – Whether in a fashion setting, hospitality, or office environment, we’re looking for someone who has mastered the art of creating a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Fashion Interest (Preferred) – A passion for fashion and an understanding of the industry will set you apart, though experience in the field is a plus, not a must.
- Confidence & Professionalism – You must be poised and capable of dealing with all types of people, from high-profile VIPs to colleagues.
- Exceptional Presentation – This role is in a luxury environment, so you’ll need to look the part, presenting yourself with impeccable style and professionalism.
- Office Experience – A familiarity with office processes is essential, but we’ll consider candidates who have hospitality reception experience as long as they have also spent time working in an office setting.
