About the Role - This is a diverse and engaging Team Assistant role that blends reception duties, office management, executive assistance, team support, and project involvement.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly, courteous, and professional experience.
  • Creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
  • Managing the meeting room booking system effectively.
  • Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism.
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, both nationally and internationally.
  • Organising couriers as needed.
  • Ensuring the office is tidy, well-maintained, and fully functional.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for third-party suppliers.
  • Supporting the management team with tasks like scheduling meetings, arranging travel, purchasing client gifts, filing, and data entry.
  • Collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer on various office projects.
  • Managing expense submissions for senior staff members.
You will be/have:
  • Ideally suited for a first or second jobber.
  • Front-of-house reception and general office administration experience are highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers.
  • Calm under pressure, articulate, and confident.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to tackle any task with a positive attitude.
