Such a great company, really interesting what they do - tech/software and they’re digitalising the legal world. A combination of admin, coordination and lots of comms internal/external. Genuinely a really nice company and great people.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients providing consultative advice in relation to all aspects of their hearing room services including the collation of transcription, equipment and logistics requirements
  • Liaising directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks and court reporting teams, providing information, upselling where appropriate, troubleshooting as required and gathering feedback.
  • Having in-depth knowledge of the platform to ensure you can advise clients on how to maximise its usage
  • Liaising closely with the Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering and Technical Delivery teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless, efficient service.
  • Regular and accurate recording of control information and timely billing at month end.
  • The ideal candidate will be a graduate with an English focused degree or an interest in Law.
  • Sociable, professional, proactive and enthusiastic - personality type.
