A highly leading, progressive and inspirational educational provider based in North West London are actively seeking a well versed HR Manager to start as soon as possible to provide core assistance with the following key HR Manager duties:
• Developing and managing onboarding programs
• Managing employee relations
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees
• Handling disciplinary actions and terminations
• Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback
• Planning and implementing training programs
• Managing compensation and benefits
• Advising on salary structures and benefits packages
• Analyzing HR data and metrics
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Maintaining employee records
• Advocating for employee well-being
This role will be based onsite 5 days a week and working hours will be 8am until 4pm or 9am until 5pm.
This role will suit a smart working adaptable HR Manager who thrives in a fast paced busy and varied environment.
