We are looking for a confident Temp Marketing Assistant to assist the collaborative marketing team at a top company based in Greenwich.
With UHNW Founders, the entrepreneurial team focuses on a variety of high-end, eclectic and interesting projects.
This is a two-month temp booking and as Brand Marketing Assistant, you will be able to juggle several projects seamlessly, have an impeccable eye for detail and come with an interest in brand and design.
Duties will include:
• Marketing campaign support for events – idea generation, Eventbrite management, collateral development
• Support the Brand Marketing Manager with developing branded content and copy, and monthly reporting on effectiveness
• Manage content flow between marketing and customer services
• Manage marketing support inboxes and respond when required
• Raise POs for brand marketing activity and coordinate with finance to ensure suppliers are paid on time
• Analysis of branded events and on-site events support
• Admin for the marketing team – credit card reconciliation, management of bi-monthly team meetings, diary management for quarterly meetings
We are looking for 3-4 years of brand marketing experience, including event experience, as this will be a significant element of the role.
Starting ASAP – You must be available immediately and able to commit to two months.
