A leading highly progressive educational provider based in North West London is currently actively seeking a HR Recruitment Executive to start as soon as possible on an on-going temporary basis to work on site 5 days a week between the hours of 8am until 4pm, Monday to Friday.
This role will suit a diligent, highly capable and fast paced worker who thrives in a dynamic and attention to detail driven environment.
Key duties will include the following:
• Developing Recruitment Strategies
• Sourcing Candidates
• Screening Applications
• Conducting Interviews
• Managing the Recruitment Process
• Onboarding New Hires
• Staying Current with Hiring Trends
• Employer Branding
• Compliance and Legal Considerations
• Developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Analysing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
