We are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join a Media firm based in London Bridge. This is a full time role working 9-5.30 which will mainly be office based. This is paying 39 - 43k depending on experience levels. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
The role
Conducting job evaluations
Coordinating the appointment process
Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff
Updating and maintaining the HR Information System
Advising on staff development
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Consulting on issues related to workplace relations
Providing advice and assistance on policies
Ad hoc duties
