A brilliant opportunity has arisen based in the West End of London to work within a hybrid capacity for a global leading Financial Services firm as a Senior Trust Administrator utilising their fluent Italian and English speaking and written skills.
Key duties for this role will include:
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining a relationship with them, providing support and a high level of client service.
• Arranging the setting up of legal entities and being responsible for the upkeep of company files and statutory records on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
• Keeping updated with regulatory and statutory changes.
• Preparing invoices, payments, contracts, and any other core documentation.
• Keeping all financial records up to date in liaison with the internal accounting team, and/or external accountants/auditors.
• Liaising with third parties such as legal advisors, bankers and other stakeholders to enable the efficient management of the client’s activities
This opportunity will suit a candidate who has excellent previous Client service experience coupled with a solid working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
