We’re looking for a motivated and personable junior candidate to step into a Administrative & Project Support Assistant to join a friendly team in a successful and dynamic company as their Office Coordinator.

The Role:
  • As the Office Coordinator Role, you’ll provide high-level admin, research, and project management support, while also managing reception and ensuring everything runs seamlessly day-to-day
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1 + years’ experience (this could be in hospitality, retail, or admin)
  • Management experience
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Happy to work 5 days in the office
Ideal Candidate:
  • Confident with budgets, invoices & POs
  • Great at building relationships with suppliers & contractors
  • Proactive, adaptable & reliable
  • Experience with EA duties (diary, travel, calendar)
  • Friendly, positive & always willing to help
