A high-growth private equity firm is looking for a business-minded and strategy-focused Executive Assistant to support a young and dynamic Founder as their right-hand and be instrumental in the growth of the business. The role includes fast-paced Executive Assistant responsibilities and has huge opportunities for progression as the business grows.
The role
• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Founder
• Assist with key strategic decisions and projects
• Manage a demanding and ever-changing diary with precision
• Full, high-volume inbox management – flagging, prioritising, responding on behalf of principal
• Meeting management, agendas, action points, and preparing briefing documents
• International travel management, accommodation, ground transportation and itineraries
• Assist in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Spearheading a calendar of events, managing the process from end to end
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and portfolio companies
• Stakeholder management and investor relations
• Prepare materials, presentations, correspondence and reports
• Help drive priorities and keep the Founder focused on strategic goals
• Take ownership of administrative and project-based tasks as needed
• Management of property portfolio on the business side

The candidate
• Solid experience supporting a Founder or entrepreneur
• Experience in a professional services, private equity, investment, or start-up environment
• Academically bright with high EQ
• Driven, business and strategic minded, forward-thinking, with high energy
• Ability to multitask with forensic attention to detail
• Self-starter who thrives in a high-pressure environment.
