We are currently looking for a Finance EA to join a Private Equity firm based in the West End. This is a full time office based role and is paying up to 80,000 depending on experience. It is essential to come from a Finance background with solid EA experience.
The role
Provide team EA support for Investing group, including the ability to schedule a high volume of meetings with multiple attendees
Book global and domestic travel itineraries, including flights
Manage all necessary requirements associated with extended global travel, i.e. visas, vaccinations, etc.
Preparation of documents and meeting materials
Working with the global administrative team
