We are currently looking for an immediately available Partnerships Executive to join a Tech firm based close to Waterloo. This role is working 9-6 and is paying £14 hour, hybrid working is available. This position would be suitable for an up and coming graduate with a minimum of one years relevant experience.
The role
Taking or cancelling orders, and obtaining details of customer complaints
Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer
Process orders, applications, and forms
Render administrative support to other customer care team members
Follow up customers and their complaints
