Project management responsibilities for new systems or process within the people function

Updating and oversight of our suite of policies and advising on day-to-day implementation

Oversight of our HR systems, key reports

Recruitment of new heads from search and interviews to contracts and onboarding

Support our close partnership with finance on processes such as payroll

Involvement in bi-annual performance reviews from process management to coaching managers

Management of employee relations issues as they arise

Participation in internal commsWe are currently looking for a HR Manager to join a Consultancy firm close to London Bridge, this role offers hybrid working options. This position is a 12 month FTC and working hours of 9-6, the salary is 65k. It is essential to be CIPD qualified and have HR Management experience from a Corporate background.
