We are working on behalf of a prestigious private client to recruit a bright, highly organised Private Personal Assistant (PA) to join their fast-paced family office. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to step into a dynamic, hands-on support role within a high-performing private office environment.

This role offers broad exposure to the inner workings of a sophisticated family office, combining administrative, organisational, and logistical responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted right hand—supporting personal and professional matters and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events with precision
  • Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Provide research and scheduling support across various projects and ongoing initiatives
  • Assist with planning and logistics for events and engagements
  • Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and professional contacts to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain well-structured records and assist with light financial administration, including expense tracking and basic reporting
  • Offer hands-on support with general logistics, errands, and meeting preparation
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times

Candidate

  • Graduate with a strong academic background; a degree from a top-tier university is preferred
  • Proven track record of academic and/or early professional excellence, with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a positive and collaborative mindset
  • Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive and confidential information
  • A self-starter who works well independently and thrives in a close-knit team

Why Join This Family Office?

  • Work alongside experienced professionals in a respected and dynamic family office setting
  • Gain unparalleled exposure to high-level personal and business affairs
  • Develop valuable skills in personal assistance, executive support, and office operations
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive culture that values precision, discretion, and integrity
