We are currently looking for a Finance EA with either fluent Arabic or Italian. This position is based in the London West End offices and is paying £25 hour. This is supporting a team based abroad and is a newly created role which could potentially be temp to perm. Previous Corporate EA experience is necessary along with the relevant language skills.

Handling all types of correspondence
General administrative work
Dealing with clients and stakeholders
Research and writing internal documentation
Managing executives' calendars
Scheduling meetings and taking minutes
Managing corporate travel arrangements
Keeping efficient filing systems and adequate records
Offering strategic advice
