We are currently looking for a qualified HR professional to join an Education company which is based in Wembley. This is 5 days a week office based and salary is open depending on experience. It is essential to have had HR experience in an Education setting to apply for this role.
The role
recruiting new staff
making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
managing pensions and benefits administration
approving job descriptions and advertisements
looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
organising staff training
monitoring staff performance and attendance
advising line managers and other employees on employment law
ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
