Operations Coordintor - Boutique Executive Search (ID:23254)

Offering hybrid working, this position comes with scope for progression and is the perfect first step for a tech-savvy second jobber who is confident liaising with people at all levels to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
Duties will include:
• First point of contact for clients and queries
• Drafting Terms and getting e-signatures
• Onboarding new joiners and contractors, conducting RTW checks and chasing timesheets
• Managing & updating the CRM
• Monitoring company inboxes
• Coordinating events – off-sites, client events & company socials
• Weekly reports and data analysis
• Office management – ordering supplies, liaising with contractors, suppliers etc
The dream candidate will ideally be someone with 12-18 months of admin experience with bags of initiative, someone who is proactive, motivated and full of energy!
This is a key role and integral to the smooth running of a busy, family-feel and supportive team.
