Receptionist/Office Assistant (ID:23310)
We are looking for a polished and highly organised Receptionist to provide front-of-house support and PA assistance, in a world-renowned, leading luxury retailer based in beautiful central London offices
This role requires professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence working with senior stakeholders, and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment , with lots of scope to grow and progress within the role. Very open to background, you could be a recent grad, someone with a few years of office experience, or be returning to work after a break!
Key Responsibilities
- Being the face of the office, welcoming guests and managing the reception desk
- Handling switchboard, and ensuring meeting rooms and office spaces are well presented
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings across time zones, and preparing documents (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Coordinating travel and acting as a first point of contact • Supporting board report preparation, minute taking, invoices, expenses, and record-keeping
- Booking meeting rooms, setting up AV for calls/meetings, and arranging couriers, taxis, and supplies
- Managing post, parcels, office supplies, staff fobs, and small administrative tasks • Assisting with facilities tasks and office events

- Experience in a corporate or luxury office environment
- A great attitude to learn and using meeting room booking systems / switchboard
