Angela Mortimer is seeking a forward-thinking Graduate Director to drive the sourcing, developing, and placing exceptional graduate talent, not only across our UK offices, but also within our top-tier client organisations.
Your Responsibilities:
• Leading the graduate attraction and sourcing strategy for the London & Birmingham divisions
• Managing the full lifecycle of the Angela Mortimer Graduate Operations Programme – from attraction and selection to training and placement
• Building relationships with universities, graduate networks, and professional associations
• Representing Angela Mortimer as an employer of choice at career fairs, networking events, and industry panels
• Collaborating with Divisional Leaders to ensure graduate hires align with the business growth strategies
Your Skills:
• A confident communicator with a passion for connecting with people and identifying potential
• Experienced in recruitment, university engagement, or talent acquisition (graduate experience a bonus)
• Strategic and proactive
• A natural mentor who thrives on inspiring and guiding emerging professionals
