The role plays a key part in supporting growth, managing relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting new and existing business growth
  • Driving sales and key account relationships
  • Providing strategic and operational support to the Founder
  • Managing enquiries, priorities, and information flow
  • Preparing and supporting meetings, presentations, and materials
  • Representing the brand at industry and networking events
  • Leading projects across product development and launches
  • Overseeing business administration and operations
  • Maintaining a holistic view of performance and activity
  • Contributing strategic and creative ideas to drive growth
Skills & Experience
  • 1–2 years’ experience as a PA, Business Assistant, Account Manager, or similar
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, polished, and professional with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Flexible, hands-on, and happy to turn their hand to whatever is needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
  • A genuine interest in nutrition, wellness, and purpose-driven brands
