We are looking for a strong communicator who can oversee payroll for thousands of colleagues. Duties will include identifying and improving existing payroll processes to enhance the customer experience, as well as providing expert advice on payroll policies and queries. This includes pension contributions, ensuring these are set up and maintained accurately and expertly.

For this role, you will need a strong understanding of payroll and pension policies, along with previous experience supporting large scale payroll activity in a busy but supportive environment.

This is a temporary role with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for candidates who add value to the company culture.
