A well-established, science-driven firm is seeking a Junior Coordinator to join their dynamic team within the next couple of weeks. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your scientific background in a highly collaborative, professional setting where organisation, communication, and relationship-building take centre stage.
As Junior Coordinator, you will be a key connector between the business and its diverse client base. You’ll ensure exceptional service delivery while supporting strategic initiatives behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering a consistently high level of service
- Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks
- Developing a deep understanding of clients’ key messages and objectives
- Playing a significant role in drafting and contributing to compelling proposals
We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience building and nurturing strong professional relationships
