A phenomenal opportunity for an experienced and ambitious HR Manager. This is a newly created opportunity in a Start Up Private Family Office which is affiliated with a hugely successful world renowned company. Based in stunning Central London offices, this position offers autonomy, ownership and responsibility to create a reputable Private Office from scratch.

My client is seeking a CIPD qualified Human Resources Manager, minimum level 5 qualification with 6+ years experience working in HR. Perhaps you have set up a company from scratch before and are looking for a thrilling opportunity to do it again, or maybe you are a HR professional from a corporate background seeking a rare opportunity to build a team from the ground up and have complete autonomy within your role.

This is unlike any other HR Manager opportunity, within this role you will be solely responsible for setting up the team, therefore - CV searching, recruiting, interviewing and seeing through the hiring process of talent. Creating, implementing and managing processes including payroll, employee performance, reviews and employee wellbeing. Additionally, you will oversee and manage the office and its staff and other buildings owned by the Principal as well as picking up adhoc projects.

You will be instrumental in creating a positive and hard-working culture within this Family Office, it is key that you are an excellent communicator across all levels and have high levels of emotional intelligence and strong leaderships skills. A solid understanding of the key principals of employment law, disciplinary hearings and HR contracts.
