A rare opportunity has arisen to join a small but exclusive and exciting advisory firm as an Office Assistant. Described as “The glue that holds everything together”, this particular business provides essential support across a varied and incredibly exciting range of family offices and charitable foundations. This is a newly created role so has huge scope for you to really make it your own and progress within the business.
This role has been newly created to help this small but wildly busy and successful firm running smoothly day to day. Based in slick, modern offices in the heart of central London, you will be key in providing support to four members of staff, duties include:
• PA duties: Detailed diary management, companywide scheduling, arranging travel and couriers
• Office Administration: filing, printing, binding, health & safety, managing all office subscriptions, ordering stationary and much more
• Other: Team & client gifting, arranging monthly team social occasions, ad-hoc research into company projects
This is a great chance for a bright graduate calibre candidate or even an OMBS/Quest graduate with some previous office experience under their belt to join the most delightful boutique environment and team.
