We are looking for a hard-working and driven individual eager to gain an excellent insight into a rapidly growing business based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity within a market leading organisation and to be apart of an exciting journey. The successful applicant must possess the desire to succeed as well as the ability to act on their own initiative. Ideally this candidate will be a graduate (or equivalent) looking to build on their prior sales or account management experience. This is a highly varied role that will require the successful applicant to carry out the following duties day-to-day:

Building relationships with key clients
Reaching out to lapsed clients via phone and email
Researching on any further leads
Expert creation of reports in line with the requirements of the team and business performance
Maintenance of accurate client account details including updating all prospective client databases and CRM
Managing of the sales inbox
Working towards KPI’s
Provision of research into prospects and contacts
Provision of information for invoicing
Support Sales Manager with ad hoc duties

We are looking for an individual with excellent levels of communication, interpersonal and IT skills as well as the ability to time manage and organise their own as well as the team's schedule. You must have a sense of initiative and intelligence in your work and be ambitious. This is a truly amazing opportunity for someone with drive and enjoys working towards targets. This is a sales role but one which is more than just cold calling!
