Working for a high-tech business with beautiful offices near the NEC/Meriden you will be responsible for the customer support – liaising between the external suppliers and their clients to track orders (which are high value), and dealing with any queries and problems that arise from them. This is a really involved and interesting client facing role and would suit a graduate with good client facing experience such as waitressing or front-of-house experience within a high-end/ demanding retail or hospitality environment.

The team are fun, down to earth and very professional and the company provide excellent in house training and support. They are looking for someone who is keen to learn their style and approach as a business. You should have good IT skills, whether those have been gained in education or through a role, as well as a warm and friendly approach and a clear and articulate telephone manner. You should have good attention to detail as you will be working with the in house system to calculate and design the bespoke contract plans for each client. It would also be of benefit to have good basic numerical skills. You will learn the more involved administrative functions of the role but should be happy to use your initiative to support your clients.

The stunning offices are located near Birmingham airport but due to the remote location you should ideally have access to your own transport.
