HR Administrator (ID:10386)
A dynamic, global property company are looking for an efficient and reliable Graduate HR Administrator to join their centralised team, based in Birmingham City Centre. This fantastic opportunity will provide the chosen candidate with a wealth of HR and Admin experience in a commercial environment, whilst working within a friendly and supportive team. Key responsibilities include:
- Expert management of the HR inbox
- Complex diary management
- Assisting with the recruitment process from researching candidates to onboarding processes
- Ensuring company compliance
- Providing accurate and timely management information as and when required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a HR-based role, be flexible and able to work well under pressure. Previous HR experience is essential for this role. They ideal candidate will also have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
