A professional business with offices in Macclesfield is looking for an experienced receptionist/ Legal Secretary for a fantastic new role within their private client team. Alongside management of the front of house function you will be required to support the wider business with administrative tasks as well as extensive typing. You will be required to manage this changing workload in an efficient and proactive manner. You responsibilities will be as follows:
Expert level of front of house service including meet and greet, telephone management, coordination of post and issuing security badges
Arranging travel bookings for staff and visitors
Coordination of the front of house area and meeting rooms in line with business needs and priority including catering arrangements
Extensive typing responsibilities, both audio and copy, working speedily and with a keen eye for detail
Management of the electronic filing system and client databases
You must possess a minimum of 2 years experience within a professional reception capacity as well as demonstrable experience in both audio and copy-typing. You must also possess 5 GCSEs grade A*-C or equivalent.
