We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Service Account Manager for a fantastic opportunity with a unique business based in Birmingham city centre! This role will require you to act as the first point of contact for all customer relationships across the business. You will be required to fully understand the brand, product and business ethos and be really committed to giving each and every customer the best possible service. You responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Develop and maintain existing and new customer relationships in a tailored and focus manner through regular professional contact
Offering full information to all relevant clients on services and products in line with needs and development
Expert production of monthly and quarterly reports on behalf of the client in order to identify new business opportunities
Carry out forecasting exercises in line with client needs
Manage all high level requests and queries in order to maintain client relationships
You must possess Client Oriented experience, whether that be within a consultancy or tech or within a high-level professional setting as well as pride yourself on offered a first-class client service in all instances. You must be educated to A Level or equivalent and possess the drive and flexibility to carry out a varied and exciting role such as this.
