Our UHNW client, world-renowned Philanthropist and Businessman is looking for an experienced Travel & Logistics Coordinator to organise all the scheduling, logistics, and security associated with his weekly international travel incorporating private jets, yachts and helicopters. This person will be based 5 days a week in gorgeous central London offices working amongst a team of supportive, dedicated and impressive individuals that help orchestrate his life. This person will play an integral part; needing to be in constant communication with his entire team to ensure everyone is up-to-speed with the latest travelling schedule and aware of any last-minute changes that could have possible knock-on effects. The role will involve liaising with the yacht crew, private jet pilots, ground and passport control as well as regular exposure to UHNWIs. The role will also involve managing two private drivers and booking security in high-risk countries.
We are looking for someone incredibly quick, flexible and efficient, who is well-versed at spotting and resolving last-minute travel issues. This person must have meticulous attention to detail, a strong work-ethic, be available out of hours in an emergency and be highly discreet.
They are looking for someone that has had exposure dealing with private jets/yachts and feels at home conversing with captains and pilots daily. Perhaps this could suit a Music Tour Manager, Travelling Assistant or someone with an Logistics/Operations background within the HNW world!
