A fantastic and forward-thinking business with an office in Birmingham City Centre is looking for a proactive individual for an all round office coordination role. Supporting across a number of teams within the business, you will be responsible for varied administrative tasks. Primarily supporting the Business Support Manager, you will need to demonstrate the ability to pick up new tasks quickly as well as multi-task. Ideally you will possess experience within a similar office based role. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assistance with confidential HR administration including management of employee details and records
Finance related administration, including processing invoices, chasing payments, and handling queries
Supporting the sales team with administration such as database management and updates, liaising with clients, and coordinating meetings
Supporting the Office Manager with general facility management, ordering stock and upkeep of the client facing areas

You will ideally be available for an immediate start and have a professional attitude and approach to work. You must possess corporate related office experience.
