For one of our clients, a company in the construction industry located in Brussels, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (7h-15h30) to reinforce their team.
You are fluent in French and Dutch
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function
You have excellent coordination skills and take initiatives
You are punctual and precise
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset
Staff monitoring: recording of performance (hours worked on the sites) and preparation of salaries
Assistance to workers in all matters relating to contracts, vacations, illness, overtime, salaries, etc.
General administrative support
Management of the plans library on site (coding, sorting, archiving)
Follow-up of the non-technical installations of the site (catering, installations, communication tools, etc.).
In addition, depending on the needs and the specific organization of the shipyards, you follow up on various particular tasks in order to help the shipyard team perform its task efficiently.
